What is MBSR?

The eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program has a strong evidence base and covers thousands of studies stating that the human brain is flexible and capable of change. This ability enables any person to develop effective self-regulation skills. The latest research proves that the MBSR course is as effective against anxiety disorders as taking the most effective medicines.

MBTSR - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, is an intervention developed on the basis of MBSR, TSM and MBTR, designated for both mindfulness coaches and those experiencing severe stress.
