Card transfer does not work during fundraising
If you have any problems transferring funds via bank card during a PanteonX fundraiser, you should: Check your connection - make sure your internet connection is working properly and try again. Ensure you have sufficient balance - make sure you have enough money on your bank card to make the transfer. Some banks may also limit transactions to certain amounts. Try another card or another payment system. If despite these attempts you are unable to make a donation, please contact the PanteonX Foundation by writing to us at the email address at the end of the page.
What happens after filling out the application form?
After submitting a request for assistance and filling out the appropriate form, the decision on your request may take a different amount of time - from 2 business days to 2 months. This period is determined based on various factors, such as the amount of charitable contributions; the number of requests sent to the foundation; the time required to verify requests; and the availability of all necessary details in your request.
Where are the official accounts of the fund located?
The PanteonX Foundation and its representatives provide links only to the official website of the Foundation. All necessary details are located under the "SUPPORT THE FOUNDATION" button on this website. Yes, the foundation provides an opportunity for individuals to apply for assistance. Our mission is to provide support to those who need it, including individuals.
